Terms & Conditions

As a parent or guardian of the stated child, you hereby agree that by signing this document you consent to waive the certain legal rights, including the right to sue the following party, and, if applicable, it's owners, trainers, representatives, facilities used, and, from any physical, material, tangible or intangible, loss or damages that may happen to your child during their participation in any of the coaching/football services undertaken while under their instruction or thereafter M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches or Maz Pacheco.

Your child will be voluntarily participating in the coaching and football services that will be conducted by M3 Football.

Booking and paying for the session will indicate you have read, agree with and understand the following:

• Assumption of Risk: I understand and am aware that the participation of my child in M3 Football Summer Camps involve risks. These risks may lead to tangible and intangible harm, and I agree that they may result not only from my child's actions but also from the actions of others. With the knowledge and understanding of these risks, I choose to allow my child to continue participating in M3 Football Sessions. I am also aware that there are risks that I may not have considered, yet, I waive my right to any claims that may occur from these unconsidered risks and I choose, to allow my child to participate in M3 Football Summer Camps.
• Covenant Not To Sue: I will not start any lawsuit or other court action against M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches, Maz Pacheco or the facilities provider, nor will I join any such proceeding, including any claim for money damages. I acknowledge and agree that I am entering a covenant not to sue M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches, Maz Pacheco or the facility provider in any capacity, including to hold M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches, Maz Pacheco or the facility provider liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by my child or their property, even if it is due to M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches, Maz Pacheco or the facility provider's negligence or omission. I also waive the right of any of my insurers' to make any such claim.
• Indemnification:I agree to defend and indemnify M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches, Maz Pacheco, the facility provider and any of its affiliates (if applicable) and hold hem harmless against any and all legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees, which may arise from or relate to my use or misuse of M3 Football's services or my conduct or actions. I agree that M3 Football, M3 Football Coaches, Maz Pacheco and the facility provider shall be able to select its own legal counsel and may participate in its own defence, if desired.
• Representation:I am the parent or legal guardian of the child in question, who is medically physically able to participate in M3 Football Sessions.
• Governing Law: This release of liability waiver shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Each party irrevocably submits to this exclusive jurisdiction in any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or based upon this release of liability form.
• Refunds: All M3 events and sessions are non-refundable, in the event of any non-shows or unable to make the event no full refunds will be given. Only in extreme circumstances, which need to be approved by the M3 Football Board, will a part-refund be given.
